ACCES Employment is a Canadian non-profit organization that assists jobseekers from diverse backgrounds to achieve their employment goals.
ACCES has decades of experience in workforce development, proudly supporting Canadian jobseekers and employers through a variety of specialized programs and resources both in-person and online. With funding from all three levels of government and a wide network of corporate sponsors, services are tailored to meet the individual needs of clients. These supports are available at seven locations across Ontario, through community events, and via the mobile service the ACCES Street Fleet.
ACCES has been working with the National Connector Program since 2017 to support newcomers looking for mentorship and networking opportunities. Offered across ACCES’ seven locations in the Greater Toronto Area, this program has worked to connect hundreds of jobseekers to professionals in their communities, helping them to build valuable networks for career growth across a range of industries.
