ACCES Employment is a Canadian non-profit organization that assists jobseekers from diverse backgrounds in their journey to suitable employment.
With decades of experience in the employment services sector, ACCES provides a wide range of specialized programs, services, and resources tailored to the unique needs of its clientele. Through strategic partnerships with employers, government agencies, and community organizations, ACCES facilitates job placements, skills training, network building, mentorship opportunities, and additional resources aimed at helping jobseekers achieve their professional goals.
ACCES has been working with the National Connector Program since 2017 to support newcomers looking for mentorship and networking opportunities. Offered across ACCES’ seven locations in the Greater Toronto Area, this program has worked to connect hundreds of jobseekers to professionals in their communities, helping them to build valuable networks for career growth across a range of industries.
