The Northern Connector Program is a talent retention and networking initiative that connects newcomers and recent graduates (Connectees) with established business and community leaders (Connectors) to build professional networks in Northern Nova Scotia. Delivered through the Truro & Colchester Partnership for Economic Prosperity (TCPEP), Cumberland Business Connector, and Pictou County Partnership, the program supports talent attraction, integration, and economic growth in the region.

Each partner organization drives broader economic development through initiatives such as business attraction & support, population growth strategies, and workforce development. By fostering connections between local employers and skilled professionals, the Northern Connector Program strengthens the local economy while helping newcomers and graduates thrive in their careers.
