The Southeast New Brunswick (SENB) Connector Program is a dynamic networking initiative designed to build meaningful connections between community leaders and talented individuals, including newcomers, recent graduates, and skilled professionals. Led by the Southeast Regional Service Commission for Economic Development (SERSC-EDE), the program fosters professional relationships that enhance career development and support workforce integration across the region.

Serving a diverse area that includes municipalities such as Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview, Shediac, Cap-Acadie, Fundy Albert, Salisbury, Petitcodiac, Three Rivers, Tantramar and Maple Hills,  along with surrounding rural communities, the Connector Program strengthens collaboration within Southeast New Brunswick’s vibrant and bilingual region. Connectees are introduced to Connectors—established leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals—who provide valuable insights, guidance, and access to their networks.
